High Power Density, Compact Design
The ITECH IT-M3807-10-720 (IT-M3800 Series) is designed with high power density to optimize testing efficiency and save space. It delivers up to 6 kW in a 1U chassis and 12 kW in a 2U chassis, providing a compact yet powerful solution for modern test systems.
Wide Output Range – One Unit, Multiple Applications
The IT-M3800 Series includes 25 models with output voltage ranging from 10 V to 1500 V and a maximum current of up to 720 A per unit.
Its wide output range design allows a single unit to replace multiple traditional loads, offering:
- Greater flexibility in voltage and current combinations
- Reduced system complexity
- Significant space savings
Power Regeneration & Eco-Friendly Operation
With advanced power regeneration technology, the IT-M3800 Series can return up to 95% of consumed power back to the grid, instead of dissipating it as heat.
Benefits include:
- Lower electricity and cooling costs
- Reduced HVAC requirements
- Environmentally friendly operation with lower carbon emissions
The system also features automatic grid detection, monitoring voltage and frequency in real time to ensure safe and stable energy feedback.
Battery Discharge Testing
The built-in battery discharge function supports testing of various portable batteries. Users can set three cut-off conditions:
- Cut-off voltage
- Cut-off capacity
- Discharge time
The test stops automatically when any condition is met, while allowing real-time monitoring of voltage, time, and discharged capacity.
Parallel Function for High Power Testing
The IT-M3800 Series supports master-slave parallel operation for flexible power expansion. It utilizes ITECH’s patented optical fiber parallel technology, ensuring:
- High speed and accuracy
- Stable performance in multi-unit systems
Ideal for:
- R&D laboratories
- Production lines
- Calibration and ATE test systems
