Fast Loading with Double Power
The ITECH IT8430-600-750 (IT8400 Series) supports an input voltage of up to 1200 V and features fast double power loading across systems ranging from 6 kW to 600 kW. This allows users to avoid selecting models based on peak power, helping reduce overall testing costs.
The overload capability depends on operating temperature. For example, at temperatures below 30°C, the system supports double power loading for up to 3 seconds.
This makes it ideal for instantaneous high-power discharge applications, including:
- DC motor startup simulation
- Transient overload testing of power supplies
- High-power battery and fuel cell discharge testing
